If you store my records, how can I quickly retrieve them when I need them?
Each customer’s box of records is barcoded and identified with further information on the box which is listed in a spreadsheet in order to easily locate when you email or call us for retrieval. You have the option of picking them up, or having MOEbiz deliver to your office
How much does it cost to store records?
Price is contingent upon the size/type of box ranging from 49¢ per month for the bankers' box size to 98¢ per month for the largest legal/long size. Price can also vary contingent upon the total number of boxes. Contact us for quotes of 100 or more boxes.
How safe are my records boxes?
The boxes are stored in our HIPAA-compliant facility with restricted keypad entry and security cameras (no cell phones allowed in the buildings). If your company is being audited, your auditors may enter with proper credentials to review documents. If they require so, copies are available at 5¢ per page.
