MOEbiz shall make best effort to perform all maintenance service and repair and furnish all labor, materials, travel and replacement parts to maintain the equipment to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Maintenance agreements do not include dies, knives, staples, or paper (unless specifically noted in writing). Agreement Does not cover connectivity issues with network. Freight for toner and consumable supplies billed as additional fees** (Standard shipping included). Emergency Toner (Requested Overnight Shipping) customer agrees to pay for expedited shipping fees.

**Based on one single device support (additional devices supported for $5.00 each/month). ***Operating systems of workstations & servers must be supported by the manufacturer***
