SHARP is diligent with their environmental initiatives. Their mfp’s utilize micro-fine toner technology which offers a lower consumption rate, requires less packaging material, and offers longer replacement intervals resulting in lower operating costs. Eco-mode allows customers to define the days and time when power will be turned off in effort to conserve energy. Their Toner Recycling Program offers customers toner recycling for all SHARP consumables that results in zero waste to landfill, including : cartridges, bottles, toner collection containers, and drum units.
HP Planet Partners was created to create a more sustainable world. HP uses more than 5.8 billion bottles to manufacture new Original HP ink cartridges. More than 1 billion HP Ink and Toner Cartridges have been recycled by customers with HP Planet Partners. They offer Business Recycling Programs for commercial customers including pickup, free recycling, and certificate of destruction for used equipment.
