What is "Business Process Optimization"?
A typical BPO application is scanning of accounts payable documents, and during the scanning process, we extract and/or index certain fields such as vendor name, vendor number, date, amount, etc. We then build a table with this information and import it into a customer's accounts payable system, thus saving hours of hand-keying invoices. Simultaneously, we can store the image in the cloud for future retrieval or archive purposes.
